2. How does keep the price so low?

By not wholesaling and cutting out the inefficient model of having retailers mark eyewears up 2.5x, we can sell them to you from brands directly for less.

Shipping & Returns

3. What is the exchange and return policy?

We will exchange/return any product that isn’t up to snuff, as long as you haven’t worn or damaged it. You’ve got 30 days to do it.

4. How long will it take for my order to ship and deliver?

Products should arrive at your door within 7 business days.

5. How much does the shipping cost?

The shipping is free including returns.

6. Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We ship to Alaska, Hawaii, and many countries outside of the U.S., including Argentina, Australia, Austria, Bahamas, Belgium, Bermuda, Brazil, Bulgaria, Canada, Chile, China, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malaysia, Malta, Mexico, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Puerto Rico, Romania, Russia, Singapore, Slovakia, Slovenia, South Africa, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Taiwan, Turkey, the United Kingdom, and the Virgin Islands—both British and U.S.

7. Can I track my order?

Yes, you will receive an email with your shipping tracking information once your purchase order has been shipped.

8. How do I make a return?

Please email and include the following:

  • Your order number
  • What item(s) you'd like to return
  • Reason you want to return the product (we love feedback)
  • Refund preference: a credit card refund or exchange.

If eligible, we'll get back to you ASAP with your pre-paid return label and instructions.
